On the MARC Consulting was founded on the principles of TEAM- the team is what makes the organization successful. We want to be a teammate who helps keep you focused on the things that matter as finding distraction is easy. Russell Gartz, founder of On the MARC has been a coach and teacher his whole adult life. Knowing what to do is one thing, teaching and coaching others is a different story. On the MARC is built on the history and experience of Russell Gartz, as a leader who is firm, fair and focused, who believes in the 5 characteristics of a team: trust, conflict, commitment, accountability and attention to results. On the MARC is built on 25+ years of building a team through leadership that takes into account a great strategy and a culture that supports success. You will benefit from Russell's varied business, education and non-profit experiences as well as his master's degree in Organizational Culture.
